production capacity is 500million pieces, among which 200 million are exported. It is one of the five main ceramics bases of China. The colored glaze handicraft always is regarded as treasures. The glaze of blood red, chicken oil yellow, raindrop, and powdered tea are precious and valuable. The art craft of inner painted is also got high praise, causing a stir in Europe and America.

The chemical textile and clothing is an industry newly developed in Bo Shan with annual chemical fiber production capacity of 300 thousand tons. It becomes national biggest chemical fiber production base with he cotton spinning productivity 100,000 spindles. After Introducing 2,000 spraying of water loom from Japan, the annual production cotton capacity reaches 600 million meters, clothing productivity to 6 million articles. The production equipment achieved the international advanced level. The main products are jeans series, high-grade clothing and leisure installs and so on.

The metallurgy building materials, the fireproof material industry is one of Bo Shan’s pillar industries. Its product sells in distant countries and areas such as US, France, Japan, and has the very high prestige in domestic and foreign markets. The industry of automobile parts and electrical ceramics are two industries newly developed in Bo Shan. After many years of development, the automobile parts made in Bo Shan are chiefly set for load car, light-duty car and the agriculture car both import and export. It has formed the key characteristic industry which take automobile spring, high strength bolt, arresting gear cylinder jacket and automobile electric appliance and so on as the dominant industry.
